Irene and her friendly staff have taken care of my pool and spa needs for years! I’m never disappointed. I bought a pellet stove from this company 2 years ago. I was a little hesitant, because the employees had bought the business and moved it into a warehouse type location that didn't impress like a storefront. And i was worried that they might not still be around to honour their warranty if I needed it?
i worried in vain. They came through for me… big time. After 1.5 years, they honoured a 90 day warranty! My product was a used pellet stove and it went defective through no fault of theirs. But because I was seasonal, they were good enough to come to Goulais River, uninstall the stove, fix
