Upsell upsell upsell. The $160 promotion does not include cleaning the mains. It’s priced that way to get them in your house and start upselling. Since the mains is where 95% of the dust resides in your system and there’s no point getting anything done without cleaning those, they’ll charge you an additional $55 per main. With a minimum of 2 mains per house, this brings the basic furnace cleaning package to $270 including 10 vents. The average house has between 16 and 24 vents and @ $10/vent, is an average extra $100 bringing the total to $370 for a basic furnace and duct cleaning package

Gary and his crew of Eric, Kyle and Faith were amazing!! My basement flooded on a Saturday night, they were here Sunday - drying things out, taking readings and pictures for insurance. Monday they came and helped me pack and empty my basement - arranged for a c-can to be delivered and stored everything from my basement in there. Quick, efficient and very friendly.
I can not say enough good about Gary and his crew - very professional and get the job done. Gary is easy to talk to and explains everything in detail answering all questions and very thorough with their work.

Professional service from First Quote to completion of several quotes. All trades people involved were professional at all times, competent in completing the work, approachable to answers questions easily, dependable and on time appointments. Initial quote covered removal of insulation and vapor walls in perimeter of basement which added on additional projects to putting in new kitchen sink with faucet, insets to French patio doors, to removal of surface black mold in four areas of basement concrete walls, ducts cleaning, and fixing bathrooms sinks. All work completed was done in above satisfaction

Terrible service, they called me back at 8pm after an initial call to them in the afternoon, only to say they are too busy and cant help...utterly useless.
Updated Reply: In response to the owner statement of having mistaken you with another company. I have not mistaken your company with another company. A company representative called me late in the day and discussed how he could not help me with my needs until late February, several months later as you guys were allegedly that busy....so I hung up on him cause your customer service is terrible. Thanks...for nothing.

Disappointed. To say the least. $169.00 to clean 10 vents furnace and a/c coil. Sounds like a good deal. Apparently if I want it all done its $980.00 for all my vents I was told 12 additional vents. They would do everything we needed. Asked another company to estimate after they left $285.00. Their response I couldn't be in business for that price. So they will clean the furnace and vent pipe duct to the plenum. But not the plenum to the furnace. WHATS THE POINT. What a joke. That's some clever Marketing. So my wife felt bad and paid them to do the work because there is a $165 call out fee. What

I placed a call to canada Wide and another restoration company, Gary was at a job near by and came over within an hour. The other company did not call back for days.
They made sure all the mess from the water was remediated and they always kept the area clean.
Very good communication and personal. I highly recommend this company.

We experienced extensive damage to our home due to our sewer backing up and had no idea who to call ! our friends suggested calling Canada wide restoration as they used this company in the past on a similar situation and were very satisfied.
