We are very satisfied repeat customers of Proscape. Over the years they’ve built us a sizeable deck with wide stairs, then a pergola over the stairs, and most recently a deck extension which they helped us design (our Covid indulgence). Proscape is a well-managed operation, from the office boss Wendy to the personable experienced carpenters through to the friendly hardworking apprentices. Owner Real is well organized, managing schedules, costs, employees, and on-the-spot client requests with the experienced skill of someone long in the business in this area. Excellent work done by personable and friendly folks. Took longer to complete the job than anticipated but they stayed within budget. LOVING our new front porch! These folks had done a great job building a deck for my son so I had confidence to give them a try. I wasn't disappointed!

Excellent service. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They built a beautiful new balcony for us that’s also up to safety standards. I also want to mention that after researching online, Proscape was the first company that actually visited us in person for an estimate. Every other place I called claimed to give a free estimate but ended up doing it over the phone instead. I highly recommend this company!

Really enjoyed working with Wendy and Real. Friendly, prompt and professional service. I had to work out conflicting needs from the two neighbours I share the fences with, this means the style, height and scope changed at least 5 times - Wendy was very patient and understanding. The fence we went with was a 6ft pressure treated fence with 6x6 posts. My land is very rocky, so drilling the 4ft was quite the effort. The distance between posts fluctuates a bit, but I think that's a byproduct of manoeuvring the huge stones in the ground - you need to be paying attention to really notice. My neighbours

The first time I met Mr. Real I acknowledged his technical expertise and integrity......Mrs. Wendy was extremely patient and cooperative during the design process.....My gut feeling of trust and confidence was further strengthened when I met the technical team that came to the house for the first day of the project. I was referred Proscape from a friend, went on there website and was impressed, but thought this company will probably be expensive. I called and had Mr. Real come to look at our job, the next day we had a 3D drawing and the price soon followed. I have hired many contractors and companies over the last 15 years and have come to believe that the cheapest is not always the best way to go. Mr.Real was very clear on what, when and how the job would be done. I had some major rework for my backyard consisting of demolishing an awning and replacing it with a 2-level deck with composite wood (10 x 10 for the 1st level, and 16 x 14 for the 2nd).
The deck work was spectacular, completed extremely quickly (in 5 days), and all the agreed work was included.
The only small complaint I had was I wished the work had begun a little sooner in the summer. However, other than that, I was extremely happy with them and would recommend Proscape to anyone with a similar project.

I had a large deck to be built on the back of a newly purchased home, a big job and the deck was going to be the centre piece in the new yard. I spoke to a number of landscape contractors, deck and patio contractors and general contractors. I was so impressed with Proscape and Real Zarbl's level of professionalism and commitment to the job that we contracted the work to them without hesitation. Real was excellent at managing our expectations in terms of start time, duration of work and cost and in the end, the job was completed on time and within the agreed upon budget. We are extremely satisfied
