After gaining experience with a local building supply firm, the former H.W. Brady's, the brothers decided to venture out on their own.

Although the process may vary slightly between manufacturers, decorative laminate surfaces typically consist of multiple layers of core papers infused with high performance resins, a printed design, and a protective outer layer. Under high pressures and temperatures the materials become a solid, highly durable surface.
