Superior is a great lock and safe company. We purchased a safe there a couple years ago and were very happy. This time we needed a new passage lock for the garage man door and all doors re-keyed. They had to order the matching parts from California which they had no problem doing. The service person was excellent and the complete charge very fair. Great Oakville business.

Very Professional, courteous, the fellow was able to remove the the lock in a 1 1/2 minutes.
Would call them back in a heartbeat! I highly recommend Superior lock and safe. Oh, and the fellow found the keys in my wheel well....Bonus!
I first went to Oaktown Locksmith in Oakville where they told me they could not do it and that i should get someone to remove it with a blow torch! They were dismissive, and I would not recommend Oaktown Lock and Hardware to anyone!

The installer didn't arrive on time for the installation and after he was done installing the lock, he didn't tell me that the lock will not fit. If he informed me that the lock will not fit I would have made the proper adjustment and have him install it correctly instead he took the money and left and when I contacted the owner. he is unprofessional and rude in the phone and in all his emails. refused to correct the issue blamed other locksmith installer for his bad install and asking me to ask the builder to provide me with another plate knowing this is a 3 year old building and the builder is

I don't like leaving negative comments but the staff at this business are not friendly, they may be busy and have plenty of work but this may have caused them to become arrogant and not willing to provide basic and reasonable customer service. I was looking for something specific and not worth much money to them, only about $100 or so, but they made it very clear they didn't want to go above and beyond to help me solve my problem

My husband lost the key to our portable fire box so I brought it in here on the off chance they might be able to help me out. Within three seconds they had it open for me and didn’t charge me a thing. I called another locksmith who was going to come out to my house to do an emergency visit and charge me over $200 to get it open. Highly recommend. Great service and friendly too!
