From the start, the staff and technicians were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. After 3 break in's and waiting on two other companies, Scan-tech was able to provide install and service within 2 days of us inquiring. Any questions or concerns we had were handled right away and the service after has also been top notch. I would recommend… Scan-Tech to anyone, for their quick service and knowledgeable staff, but also for their concern and care for you as a person. You definitely are not just another account. Very professional and knowledgeable. Excellent service with top of the line equipment. After being broken into, we made a decision to have an alarm system installed in our home and one additional building. The process from start to finish went very smooth, and the system is very convenient and easy to use...even from your cell phone or tablet. We wanted certain people (staff) to only have access to the shop, so the system was designed as such, and we have total control of access levels for every individual, right from our computer or tablet. Also, the system notifies me via text message if it is
