I am more than happy to share a review for these ladies! I have purchased an outdoor Belgard - Weston Fire pit as well as a Ceratec kitchen backsplash and I was beyond happy with the help I received. I have used Moritz Masonry for more than four decades and not once have I been disappointed with their product or service. (Touch wood lol!) However, yesterday they truly went beyond the call of duty. Elaine knew I had a bum leg and they were going to deliver 64 concrete blocks to replace the disintegrating blocks of our outdoor chess board… (those blocks did not come from them by the way). I told her they could just drop the blocks on the driveway. When they arrived, the young man who turned out to be a former student of mine from MHHS was sent with a dolly and asked specifically where

This business started good. I went in three weeks ago asked about pricing on flagstone. Beginning of September I got a quote for 60 cents a pound on the 1 inch. I came back to the store today and got a shooter of 70 cents a pound. I asked the lady how often they adjust their price. The two ladies at the front did not seem interested in any type of customer service, answering the question or talking about it. Just wondering if their are any honest businesses in Medicine Hat. I get it, it’s a family run business and they can do what they want.

I will NEVER use this company again, and I want to warn others to never use them - unless you want poor quality of work, (which I have photos of that I would gladly share), and would like to pay WAAAAYY more than they quote you for. The did a poor job, it took them 3 times longer than we were told - and the workers left our home a complete disaster when they left. After the stone wall was put up, it was done so poorly we had a foreman come and have a look. He completely agreed and said it was embarrassing to look at and told us they would rip the whole thing down and redo it. Well - they came and
