For the water test to be accurate and our recommendations to be valid, certain guidelines need to be followed. Any sample taken before the system is running can result in inaccurate results. It is both a waste of time and effort that will likely cause issues with the water chemistry down the road. A sample taken at the surface will be heavily influence by sunlight (UV), surface contamination, rainwater and possible temperature variations.

Terrible customer service from the woman I dealt with. The way she spoke was not friendly, and gave off a “you have a hot tub but don’t know what you’re doing?” vibe. She sold me $300 worth of products and when I requested a tech be sent out to inspect our hot tub, she brushed it aside.
Now our motor and all of our pipes are likely permanently damaged from the winter weather and my kids are out a hot tub.

I needed a liner for my 21’ above-ground pool and could not find one ANYWHERE. A friend of mine contacted Connor who set one aside for me - I picked it up and when my pool specialist installed it he said it is… one of the best quality liners he has ever seen and worked with! Great value, excellent customer service. If they don’t answer the phone when you call, just call back - they’re incredibly busy but very worth it.

We had our pool installed by Campbell’s 3 years ago and the service was terrific! Today my husband went to purchase a new filter for our pool. He walked in the open door at 3:58 and the lady refused to serve him as she said they were closed. The filters were instock and an easy sell. To bad they have now lost a customer.

Prices are high, they don't have much. Their o-rings are a mess (they go by where they fit, not by size). Their filter sand has no size or specs so they don't know what they are selling. The place is clean and big. The workers are great except one. She's always there so she must be one of the owners or managers! She NEVER smiles. She's rude. If you ask a question she looks at you as if you were dumb, gives you a minimum answer. She beleives that there are no other pool stuff than what she sells. They are closed on Sundays.

We have been loyal Campbells pools since having are pool installed 10 years ago by Campbells. We have also bought 10 years of chemicals from Campbells along with pool accessories. My husband went this past Saturday to have our water tested before closing it. Campbells refused to test our water as we had it tested 2 weeks ago. My husband stated… that we have had an issue with our ph being to high for the last month. The girl then begrudgingly stuck a strip in the water and said it was fine.
