About Us Report

Williams Contracting and Maintenance was the brainchild of Chris Williams. After many years in the building trade and seeing how the customer was often unfairly treated by many a contractor and/or builder, it was then that Chris decided to start his own business. With the knowledge and experience he'd gained over the years, he put together a crew of dedicated, hardworking and customer-oriented staff that he knew he could trust.

So disappointed. I would not recommend them. We had an interlocking stone pathway and patio as well as a deck installed by Williams the end of May. The stone work is uneven, stones along the edge are actually falling out, the joints aren't equally spaced and many are missing sand. It looks 10 years old! They don't tamper the stone at the end, so the stones do not interlock as designed and the flat smooth surface you imagine cannot be achieved.
The deck, no permit was obtained as it is not lagged to the house, but I've been told somethings are not to code. The railing descending the steps is wobbly

Everything started great. Set up excellent posts and frames but when their lattice work fell apart after two days they disappeared.
Very disappointed.

I don't know what the bad reviews are all about. Hard working, on time, on price, great work, personable, I can't say enough. These guys are great. Hard to believe some reviews. Well, I guess people like to complain about anything these days.

Well I can point out the condescending response, because you're clearly upset there is no message here for you to try and belittle and debate the subject, seems you truly care about your customer service experience, it only took you 3 months to "politely" or should we say passive aggressively assert that I leave a full detail description of my complaint with your self and your company so you can try and break it down to "This Guys" fault... you get a 1 star because that's what I believe you deserve, Your response here should show people on their own the what to expect when dealing with you.

I am absolutely thrilled with my fence. I had a unique design in mind , but Chris and his crew put it together perfectly. They were timely, considerate, pleasant, and I could not be happier!
