Most Orders are shipped UPS ground and usually take between 4 to 9 buisness days to arrive. If your order is being shipped to an area outside of the contiguous USA a a remote-area delivery charge may apply. Cracked leg to begin with followed by two broken arms. Some of this wood is like styrofoam, zero integrity. Lateral stability is poor as it rocks from side to side at the attachment point of the diminutive front legs. They are too thin to provide the needed strength. During the one week that these were in use I had to tighten them twice after the initial assembly. I doubt these will last a year. For the price you can do better than this company.

We were very pleased to receive our planter box and trellis from All Things Cedar. It is a beautiful addition to our outdoor living space. The product came very well packed and the quality of the cedar was obvious. The design was very well thought out and all of the pieces fit together perfectly. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The finished product is both durable and attractive. We looked for a planter box at a number of garden supply stores and none of them were equal to the product we received from All Things Cedar.

Ordered 6ft extension butterfly table with 6 folding chairs. It did sit in its box in a dry garage for over six months but when we sat is up an used it for the first time at least five of the metal fittings holding the chairs together broke making it unsafe to use. Customer service poor and told we would have to buy all new fittings. Absolutely useless set.

Extremely poor customer service. We ordered a teak folding table and chairs. It was poorly packaged and as a result one of the table legs was broken. We called within an hour of the delivery, but they would not ship us replacement legs. It appears they do not make the product, or inspect it prior to reshipping. I would never order anything from them again.
