As a first time home owner I was really overwhelmed with getting work done that needed to be completed and who to contact etc. I came across diamond aluminum online and Ray was really quick to call me back and come take a look at what needed to be done. Ray and his team did a wonderful job replacing the aged gutters, downspouts, and soffit on my 30+ year old home three weeks ago. Ray and his administrative assistant, Lindita, impressed me with their level of professionalism - prompt replies by email and easy processing of the downpayment and balance. Ray even came within a day to alter the work that he had done, at my request, as I wanted to have a downspout removed. Hands down their service is second to none! I contacted Diamond aluminum after seeing their sign on my street. I requested a Quote in early May & after researching (3 additional quotes), decided to go with diamond aluminum. I confirmed the Order in May & the work scheduled but postponed - twice ! ( i postponed the work -twice- due to some drainage issues) DI was very accommodating in postponing the work. Rat had visited and offered some ideas regarding my issues Once shin I scheduled the work - the crew arrived on time and completed the work professionally and the efficiently! They not only removed the old troughs, but cleaned up the worksite

I met with Ray from Diamond Aluminum last summer when he was doing a job on our street. He was friendly and nice to talk to and his work looks good. His truck and equipment look very nice and new. He stopped by at my house down the street later that day to do an estimate for me and we discussed the job. He left but he never called me back with the estimate! I called him and I left my phone number again in case he lost it but I never heard back.
This year I saw his truck on our street once more and he did say he remembered me. He said that his job that day was the 6th house he’d done on our street
