Klimit Mechanical can design and fabricate custom metal items to exacting specifications quickly, cost effectively, and with a high degree of quality. Our in-house plasma table can burn up to 1/4" plate steel, and we can weld 16 gauge stainless and 1/4" plate steel. Bring us your designs or specifications, and we can make it a reality.
Doug and his team made this experience care free for me. They came in on a Wednesday, gave me a quote and by Friday they installed our new furnace, air conditioner and hot water on demand. They went above and beyond and I honestly can't say enough positive things. They came back to meet the gas company to get it turned on and even cleared the bushes and trees that were around our gas meter.

I was looking at getting a furnace installed from this company after being recommended by a family friend who knows the one co-owner. The other co-owner of this business seemed quite friendly and was honest with me when he came out for quote. I told him what I wanted, and one installed this summer. He said he would get back to me next week. No response with 2 weeks, contacted the assistant. She said will get back to me. No response after that. Would not take my phone calls, or emails after that. I was left in the dark.

I had Klimit Mechanical Install an AC at one location, and then also install a furnace and AC at another location. They were very friendly and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and did not leave any garbage when the job was complete. They communicated well and were reasonably priced. I recommend them, and would use them again.

Excellent service! Doug and Sara provide excellent customer service, are friendly and extremely responsive. They were quick to respond to my initial inquiry, quick to provide a thorough quote, and quick to schedule the installation once we decided to go with Klimit. There was absolutely no pressure. The installation was great. The installers arrived on time, were clean, professional and friendly. Their attention to detail was nice to see. When they were finished they cleaned everything up and left no trace that they had been there, other than the obvious new furnace.

Klimit installed a new furnace for us last December. Our old furnace broke down and, during their peak season, were able to install a new one within 5 days and also had the best price from any other comparable product. The team that did the install were professional and polite. After 10 months from the install date we had a major leak in the A/C unit (our old one that we didn't replace) and they were there within 5 hours diagnosing and fixing the issue. These guys were great! They installed a Goodman furnace and a tankless hot water heater in my home. Very professional, detailed and accurate work. Clean up was tidy, everything was explained in the end, very easy to communicate with during whole process and I feel secure knowing they will be there for future service if needed. Well done to Doug and his crew, I highly recommend them for service in Thunder Bay!

Our A/C crapped out on one of the hottest days. Called the original installer of the unit and they couldn't do anything for two days. Called Klimit and the service guy was here within the hour, assessed the situation and had the new unit installed two days later. Friendly courteous service and even saved us money by using existing parts. Will recommend them to anyone I know who requires their services.

Very fast and wonderful service. I called for a consult, and Doug drove 2hrs out of town to see us the next day. Doug and Sara are very kind, patient, knowledgeable, and didn’t make us feel like an inconvenience for a second. They also had no issues with us postponing our furnace replacement until the spring.
