Paradise Carpets is locally-owned and operated. Starting out in 1982 as a small, home-based family business, we've grown into one of Edmonton's most trusted flooring companies. Our convenient south Edmonton location is beautiful and spacious, with a large showroom and plenty of parking. Laminate is a durable, easy-to-install synthetic flooring that often simulates wood. It consists of multiple layers (often pressed wood and a foam underlay), which are sealed together in the process of lamination. Thanks to this process, laminate stands up well in high traffic business offices or shops, or in homes with children and pets.

I just spoke with Megan at Paradise Carpets asking about finding a match for the carpet in one of my bedrooms. She was extremely helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to make phone calls to search for a match. Although the product has been discontinued she offered alternative solutions. I am going to wait to replace my carpet at this time but I will definitely be contacting Paradise Carpets in the future to do the job based on the excellent service I received today.

ABSOLUTE FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!
Just moved out after 2 years and found 1 hardwood board is coming up. It was hidden under couch. Contacted Paradise to look at and hoping they will fix even though warranty is 1 year.
Contacted Paradise and they are sending out tech to repair free of charge even though warranty is past by 1 1/2 years.
WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY !!!

We had used Paradise Carpets eight years ago for some work in our house and recently contacted them to help out with a condo renovation. We were impressed before but they were even more outstanding this time.
They were prompt to provide a competitive estimate, an installation schedule and ensure the right product was ordered and delivered. The most appreciated was their willingness to adjust the schedule when we had challenges with other trades delivering on time. Could not have been happier with everything they did to make our new space so beautiful!

Can't say enough great things about this family business. Paradise supplied and installed carpet at two houses for me plus hardwood completed at one house with tile and limo installed. Their prices were reasonable and everything perfectly installed. When I asked for supply only of some tile their prices were less than other companies I called. Everyone goes the extra mile like when I needed an extra small piece of lino after the install. Thanks to Vail, Laine and Megan for great service. And I'm not even a builder! Just happened to need some quality renos!

After too many years of not replacing our basement carpet, we finally chose a beautiful one at Paradise Carpets. The staff at Paradise is extremely knowledgeable. They helped us choose a carpet that was perfect for our needs and made great suggestions about the type of underlay we should use. Now that it is installed, it feels very thick and luxurious. The workmanship of the installers is impeccable. It's impossible to detect seams. There was a small squeak in the underlay which they happily came to fix the next day. This has to be one of the worst local businesses I have ever been forced to use. I had to utilize this company as this was the flooring company my home builder used. The selection was outdated and wayyy overpriced. The installation of my flooring was unprofessional and sloppy. Less than 2 years after installation my carpet is falling apart. The man I dealt with was a misogynistic pig who couldn't seem to fathom a woman making her own choices. I'm thrilled to learn that my chosen home builder no longer supports this business. It's awful that I have to replace all the flooring in my home. Do NOT
