John literally made my dream a reality with these cabinets. They turned out even better than I had envisioned them. Not to mention the installers professionalism. They were the only people to clean up after… themselves when we were building our house. They even swept the floors when finished! I also had a cabinet shelf collapse a couple of months later (of my own fault I must add) and he came the next morning to fix it for me! Amazing service. Would recommend 100 times over!

Our cabinets were installed wrong and 3 months late.
Our original install date was moved, which we were only told when tried to confirm before removing our old kitchen.
Then they measured our house wrong and had to redo the plans, adding more time.
When the install happened, they installed the wrong cabinets that we specifically asked to not have… in the first communication we ever had with them, and in emails to them, and directly in person.
They claimed there was no record of this, and that replacing the wrong cabinets would be $4000 plus tax, but the designer offered to pay $750 of it

If you are uncertain as to what you want out of your kitchen, and have been around talking to lots of people, collecting quotes and advise, wait and go to Custom Cabinets last, but make sure you go. Take everything you have learned, ask all the questions you know you need to ask, and take note of how they listen to you, as it is your kitchen that… you will live with, note how they listen and then ask you back questions that you need to answer. Together you will reach the point where you will hire these folks to be your kitchen cabinet supplier, and in doing so will see that they are as invested

We are very happy with our new bathroom vanity. Stephanie our sales rep was instrumental in helping us choose the right cabinet/drawer/handle/counter style and color. We were going to add a few drawers and paint the existing vanity along with a new counter, but after consulting with Stephanie, she suggested some options that we might like better. The installers (Jamie & Jordan) were super nice and they did a great job. I would highly recommend Custom Cabinets.

I had a service call today to have a slow closure on a cabinet replaced. He had my hinge replaced within 5 minutes and then he proceeded to inspect my cabinets to ensure they didn’t need any adjustments. He was very informative and professional. Custom Cabinets came highly recommended 5 years ago when my home was built and Steve did not disappoint! I highly recommend them!

We absolutely LOVE our new bar that Steve at Custom Cabinets helped us to design. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us with our multiple ideas and changes, and he created a design that looks amazing in… our basement. The installers were very professional and clean as well, and it was all installed on time and within our budget. We will be returning to Custom Cabinets for all of our future jobs.
