Due to the recent cold weather my furnace broke and my pipes burst. Vetted HVAC Services replaced my furnace and water lines at a price that didn't break my bank. Their workers were friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Would not recommend, had our furnace replaced and hot water heater also a/c installed all at the same time spends 10s of thousands of dollars and now we getting moister problems that we didn't have before, there solution is for us to spend another 4k to " fix it". So we will be going with someone else. Had we known before they were yorkton plumbing and heating would not have hired.

So happy with the service I received on the replacement of my HRV unit from Justin at Vetted. The unit worked out perfectly for my unique requirements and upgraded the air quality of my home. Our furnace wasn't working in this crazy cold weather and we decided to call vetted HVAC, Annelle was extremely helpful with some tips on what could be the problem to start with, we still couldn't figure it out and she sent Mitchell for help, super friendly and professional guy, found the problem in 2 minutes. My Pilot Light went out on my furnace Tuesday afternoon (Nov. 9, 2021) and I had difficulty relighting it. I call Vetted HVAC Services for help! A technician arrived 2 hours later, checked furnace, replaced coupling, and fought with the pilot light to get it going. After an hour, he got it started and it has continued to work ever since. A true professional on the job! Thank You!
