The company supplies test and measurement equipment to the electronics industry (Oscilloscopes etc) as well as Wireless communication and is a supplier of R/C Drones among other products. In My recent interaction with them they were tasked with quoting on a series of Oscilloscope licensing options listing at $3500. Their response was to offer an industry standard 10% discount (this is available to anyone at any time and all suppliers make this offer if asked). What soured me on their response was being told that the Oscilloscope supplier did not allow them any flexibility and indeed set the discount
