My name is Marcel Theroux ,I am a retired vet , after serving 25years ,i thought i could read people fairly well ,boy was i wrong , i hired Richard NG of A1 paving to do some work , i gave him $1000.00 cash , after dicking me around for 3months i ask him for my money back ,even thou he did not do anything he told me to take him to court , as if i can afford to pay for him to drive around, so he would not give me my money back, for any future customers , i say BEWARE , i am wondering if he claimed that on income , thru the Canada Revenue ,because it was cash and he would not give me a recite ,now
