We ordered custom made replacement windows for our family room. Large odd opening - 2 of them - almost 8 feet wide by 3 feet high. Best came and measured and sent us a quote within a few days. We were told 10 - 12 weeks from date of order. They arrived in about 16 weeks - which is fine considering how things have been these days. No complaints there. Install date was booked and they showed up. They took great care taking the old windows out and putting in the new ones. They came back the next day to do all the outside work - caulking and new aluminum. Looks great. No surprises - the bill was as

My experience with Will and his business was a traumatic yet comforting one. About 23 years ago my family had a house fire, my daughters things were gone. Will told his daughter of what happened and she collected toys for my daughter and sons. This families kindness and community support will never be forgotten.
