Built a house with them 2 years ago. Pipes in the mudroom froze in the winter, they cracked a tile to add more insulation, tile still has not been fixed. Nail pops have not been fixed. During heavy rain, water comes through the frame of the formal dining room window. Fan in mudroom is abnormally loud, electrician came to take a look, forgot his ladder and never came back. When we started the building process, they never bothered to ask how we lived and try to design a home more suited to our needs. Carmine is just a sales guy, once you sign on the dotted line, you'll never see him again. He is

Our experience with Bridlewood and Carmine has been very positive overall. The house was completed in eight month's time and was handed over to us on the exact date of delivery promised in the contract. Although there were/are glitches to be fixed, the builder and its staff have been responsive and did follow-up jobs professionally.
Carmine replied to emails, sometimes immediately and sometimes in few days, but none of our emails to him went unanswered.
