Founded in 2012 by Tim Carter. Tim has worked for many wireless carriers and suppliers all over North America, including the likes of T-Mobile, AT&T, Cingular, Comcast, Telus and Rogers. He brings to the company the experience of building hundreds of new site builds, and thousands of overlay and capacity augments over his 18 years in the Wireless Telecom industry.

Stephano Day is Tall City Telecom's Health, Safety and environmental manager in addition to developing and implementing training programs for operations in the field.
He brings over 13 years experience in cellular build, quality assurance and health and safety. Stephano is a level 2 Rope Access Technician and OFA-L2 First Aid Attendant. Stephano has his NSCO and is an approved COR Auditor. Sean is part of the National Project Management team at Tall City Telecom.
