Louwes has done another fantastic job for us! They changed out 3 large difficult windows and redid all the siding, soffit and trough for us. We have used them before and were please with the same high level of service. Workers are incredibly friendly and helpful to make things right. Finished product looks great! If you are considering to have new windows installed on your home , do not hesitate to hire this company ! Last July, my wife and I decided to replace almost all the original wood windows in our house with North Star Windows -measured ordered and installed by Louwes . The installers were amazing even fixing a framing issue with our front picture window that had been there since the house was new 32 years ago ! We had to replace our 35 year old bay window that was deteriorating as a result of water entry and a bad case of carpenter ants.
We obtained several estimates but chose Louwes based on the presentation by sales person Brian, very knowledgeable and provided a no nonsense estimate and follow up.
Also impressed by the office staff who knew the products and were very helpful.
When it came time to install the window, which was the coldest day so far this winter it was Dan and Dustin who embraced the cold and worked a full day to finish the job. Can’t say enough about their excellent workmanship

Very poor after install service. A large bay window was installed last year. It looked like the seal broke but was told by the rep that the trim around the window was installed incorrectly. They promised to fix it before winter of '17. It is now almost winter of '18 and has yet to be repaired although I called again and a rep came to my home again. Not a happy camper
