I was under the gun…. Cows were breaching the fence and the gas meter-reader was spitting nails at me for the over grown blackberries. The rain was coming. I had the weed eater in for repair. Picked it up this morning. Brought it home. The problem restarted. Time was running out (as was my patience with the weed eater).
I called Bob. He said to bring it back in right away. Rita and Bruce met me. They TOTALLY “got it”. Sent me away with a new “loaner” while they figured out the problem.
Who has customer service like this anymore????

Zero stars is not an option.
I asked my friend, an arborist, where he gets his equipment serviced. He said, "Diamond Bar. They seem to be OK".
In spite of this lukewarm recommendation l brought in two Stihl MS192T chainsaws that weren't running well. Big expensive, time-consuming mistake.
They assured me they were both fixable.
Long story short; the bills were almost $400, one saw would not rev up past idle and the other would stop after 10-15 min of light cutting and wouldn't restart.
In addition, they somehow damaged the switch so that it could only be stopped by means of the choke lever
