This was a great experience from start to finish. Ryan educated me an the weaknesses of my existing roof and what I could do to improve it. HE kept me informed as to when they would arrive. They showed up on time, worked great as a team and left my property cleaner than when they showed up. I would highly recommend CD Roofing.

CD Roofing Whole Roof Underlayment service is a sophisticated scam.
Warning- Do not purchase this whole roof underlayment extra. If you do purchase, demand completion as per contract, as their refund could be considered consumer fraud….definitely a rip off.
In my case, CD Roofing used lies and deception in order to hide the true charges and roof measurements and pay as little of a refund for the underlayment not completed. Further, their refusal to honestly answer any questions about

This company was contacted to do work on my building a while back. They used no harnesses, no pylons and no work zone was designated at all. The workers decided to continuously throw shingles blindly off a roof 40 ft down into a busy walkway, where many people, especially children, walk through to the ice cream store. They would yell "HEADS" as a precautionary measure, throwing them feet away from my pregnant wife. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE.

CD roofing replaced my roof sheathing and shingles in June. I agreed for them to do the work on my home, we waited around 3 weeks for any communication from Ryan as to when the work was going to start. After a few phone calls and texts he finally gave us a date.
Before the work started I had sent Ryan some photos of the roof where the structure looked like it was sagging and asked if the tradesman could take a look at it when then had the plywood off.

We had our roof done by C.D. Roofing at the end of September. We were told the first scheduled day that the "truck wouldn't start" so they arrived the next. Actual shingling job was fine (from what we can tell) but clean up not good as the crew started late and therefore, ended late-in the dark. When Kevin called to collect payment, 2 weeks later (a call should have come day after), he was advised of the lack lustre clean up. Nails were all over the roof portion that could be seen, gutters had crud in them, shingle bags were in the yard, and grit was blowing off the roof and onto the driveway,

Thanks again to CD Roofing! They did our roof 4 years ago and we still love it! Recently, we had a raccoon move into the attic. After having the raccoon removed, CD roofing was quick and efficient in repairing and blocking 2 possible entrances for a reasonable price!
