Got an issue with my house furnace which blowing cold air, called smile HVAC and the technician arrived the same day on time, the service provided was very professional. The tech check my entire furnace system and advised that the condensation pipe blocked and need to be re-done, the furnace now is running as it should be. Definitely will call smile HVAC again in the future. Amazing service from smile HVAC.

Valeriy highly knowledgeable, came over for an estimate, explained in details about installation and advantages about equipment offered. Provided reasonable pricing. On the installation day, timely starter replacement of furnace and AC, with consideration of all small detailed mentioned by me (customer). Technician Val was super helpful and he did recommend everything that will help to maintain the equipment clean and longer life. He also helped to advised what to do in case of emergency flood or any other issue. Moreover he went above and beyond to install by removing anything in path and installed in proper place with permission. He kept the place clean and tide and left the home lean and also took extra small left over garbage.

Smile fixed our furnace the next day. Chris J had the switch in his truck with him. Turns out the batch of switches he was given were bad, and it quit after 2 weeks. Well I called, Chris came back and replaced it with a good one in less than 10 minutes. Chris is awesome, fast, friendly, super knowledgeable and experienced. Smile is a great company and everyone has been very friendly. They have fast response times and do great work.

He was honest about the fact that a humidifier would not be able to fit on my furnace; other companies would have done the job in a slovenly manner just to make money.
