I would not have them come to pump out your septic tanks if you are not home.
A few years ago they came, my husband already had the covers off. They pumped the 2 chambers out. Did not clean the screen. So not too much later we had a problem....100%their fault....they came again and billed us again....so.e discussion took place and we resolved the issue.
Last month I called to get on a list to have it done if the truck was going to be in the area, therefore splitting the travel time to and from the neighborhood to save money.
