Locally owned and operated, our family business has been providing a variety of road building and road maintenance services to the Niagara Peninsula since 1979. Now entering our 35th year in business our business motto is the same today as it was when we began "to meet or exceed our clients expectations" in everything we do.

About Report

Our services include commercial, industrial and municipal paving focusing on both new construction and existing pavement maintenance and preservation. Project applications can range from parking lot repairs to complete excavation and rehabilitation. Road work can also range from selective mill and pave repairs to complete road overlay.

Recycled Asphalt Paving Report

At Circle P Paving, we manufacture a cold emulsified asphalt material called RAP. It is characterized as crushed, screened, recycled asphalt and emulsion blended through a pugmill. This process is known as Cold Central Plant Recycling. The resultant product can be used as a stabilized base surface alternative to conventional base asphalt placement or simply surface treated (tar and chip) over.

Circle P Paving did work in our neighbourhood. They tore up half our driveway, and we were expecting them to approach us about doing the whole driveway (we expected to pay). However they didnt approach us, or leave any correspondence in our mailbox. We noticed houses down our block were getting their whole driveways paved. The morning they came to our driveway, I approached them and asked if we could speak to someone about paying to have our whole driveway done. I was rudely told that someone came door to door beforehand and asked about paving the entire driveway....which was a lie, as I have been

Engineer approved patch work driveways that my 3 yearold understand water wont run off but told it's fine, I know understand the name circle paving as they are to keep circling back to re do work
