Nice to know that there are people like Jason Tam of Duraproof who cares about your basement leaks and it shows. Jason showed up promptly and immediately I was impressed by his professionalism and knowledge of his work. Happily, my issue was not foundational but something originating from the conduit area. Jason walked me through the areas of concern. I will not hesitate in recommending him to anyone with basement issues.

I cannot say enough great things about Duraproof, we had a wet basement due to a foundation crack and therefore basement leak. Jason walked me through the entire process with lots of technical information. They were on time and finished the job exactly on the promised time, Jason provided me images on the entire job with all stages and what has been done.
Their internal drain system works great, we tested it during all rainy days and it worked perfectly.
He went beyond what he was supposed to do, like fixing the sub pump,... without adding the cost.
I highly recommend Duraproof and I am happy

Probably one of the nicest contractors I’ve ever met! The prices were very reasonable and Jason was able to find a solution that fit my budget and situation. I needed repair during a very busy time (after a large rainstorm) and he was still able to fit my repair in. I also much appreciated the technical explanations and the strive to do the best possible job. Thanks so much guys!!

We contracted Dura Proof to stabilize a basement wall with carbon fibre, install exterior and interior French drains, and a sump pump with battery back up. We were very pleased with the prompt responses to our initial inquiry, and the consistent communication with Jason throughout the job. The work progressed as scheduled. The Dura Proof crew were pleasant, worked long hours, and we greatly appreciated the clean up job they did when they had finished. So far, what was a wet basement, is high and dry! We highly recommend Dura Proof for knowledgeable advice and workmanship.

Jason was very friendly and professional. He did an amazing job as we had a leak coming in through our foundation. He gave us deferent scenarios at where it could be coming in from and once he started quickly found the source of the leak.
Everything was done is a timely matter and he left everything clean and tidy and took away all of the debris.
Highly recommended and will refer to friends.

Jason came and impressed me... he was very professional to deal with. Also, he did 20min of diagnostic tests to confirm that there is no problem with the foundation. He then spent more time showing me how to fix the problem myself. He didnt need to do that!
Clearly, these guys care to help and aren't about charging for the sake of charging. I would use these guys in a heart beat.

I had water leaking in my basement. It had been an issue for me since i opened my restaurant. I had called several companies and they all said i have to break the floor and run a pipe to a sum pump. The only problem with that is the floor we needed to break was right in front of the customer washrooms. As a business owner I could not accept that solution because I do not want to interrupt my business. One day I came across Dura Proof while searching online.
