I highly recommend this company. They were just amazing to deal with and so professional, efficient and knowledgeable. It's hard to find good honest trades people that don't try to rip you off or upsell you and these guys are gold. I was so impressed at how quickly they were able to assess and fix our water heater! They also fix our AC unit a few months back and it's been working perfectly since, when all the other companies we call said it's not worth fixing and we have to get a new one. The repair was very inexpensive and did the trick! So grateful that this company exists.

Our family has used Easterbrook for all heating and AC needs for decades. They are amazing - professional, timely....in fact, our AC broke and within 1 hour of diagnostics, we had the team here installing a new system. Would not go elsewhere. Service oriented just like the 'old days'. You won't be disappointed.

3 generations of our family have been or currently are customers of Easterbrook Brothers. They may not be the cheapest but they provide great customer service. Flexible schedule, fast response, friendly service, reasonable rates and trustworthy. They service our furnace and air conditioner as well as our gas lines for dryer and fireplace. Craig is super friendly and willing to explain anything.
We won’t be considering another service provider anytime soon.

I had my gas fireplace reinstalled after having it removed years ago. Of course no job is as simple as just reinstalling, and this one wasn't either. The technician had to remove rusted supply pipe and reinstall it from the meter. He did this in extremely hot weather outside, on his own, without any complaint. I highly recommend the Easterbrook company.

Phoned Hayward for warranty work on my pool heater. Easterbrook Bros Ltd phoned the same morning. Was at my house within an hour, and had the problem fixed in less than half an hour. Excellent and courteous service. Would recommend to anyone.

Horrible Experience!! Service guy (Craig) needs minute to minute confirmation that you are home. Confirmed time with them night before, and then called again this morning to confirm that we would be home. Because the girls in the office did not let him know that we reconfirmed, he refused to come fix the heat pump that we have been waiting for three weeks to be fixed. He was very abrasive on the phone and unwilling to provide an expected level of customer service. Even blamed us for not calling back when we did! Stay away from these guys.
