I first called Essential Roofing over 1 week ago to fix our school's roof. They booked an appt. to come in a few days later. No one showed. I called again and spoke to Mr. Cook who said he would show up over the next two days. Again no show and no call. I called again a couple of days later. Each time I call I get an answering service who said they would leave a message. Today I was quite upset when I called and demanded a manager call me. Mr. Cook called again and was very rude saying they were too busy to come and see us. No prior call to say this. I just called another company who are coming
