Stevens installed new siding on my house. Did an amazing job . From the consult with Mario to the install. I love the colour and the workmanship is fantastic. Thanks guys for making my home cozy and updated. The insulation definitely made a difference.

Great quality craftsman ship ! Mario took every step to ensure our dream siding project was 100% what was told. He is very polite and understanding when comes to Organization and colour matching ! His team was very Professional on site and made sure all there garbage was cleaned up after the project I highly recommend Stevens home improvements !!

Stay away from this company! I have had all new siding,evetroughts and sofit replaced. The cost was 14,000.The siding is falling off. I reached out to Mario on many occasions to fix the problems.Marion wants me to pay extra to fix the issues! What a joke. My signed contract states Five year parts and labour. Read all the reviews and check the BBB website. There are numerous complaints against this company. I tried to cancel before the job was ever started, but Mario cashed my 4,000 dollar deposit and refused to return it. I had no choice to let him complete the job. Workers were late, rude to me

We contracted with Stevens to replace all of the windows at the front of our house. While we had a bit of an issue with communication around scheduling the work, otherwise, the experience was good.
The workers were very personable, professional, and filled with great advice on additional improvements that could be made in the future. The job they did on our windows was perfect. We are very pleased with the outcome. They were also great about tidying up the construction mess. These are exactly the type of workers you want for a home improvement project. They know their craft, and they are great

Stevens resided our home with vinyl siding. The job was late getting started due to the very wet weather that we had in November but once they started the job went smoothly and was done in a week The workmanship was very good and the house looks great.
Aug. 30, 2019. When returned in April we saw tat the siding had buckled and oil-canned. We contacted both Mario and the siding manufacturer. Mario said it was faulty material but lab testing and inspection showed faulty installation (Nailed too tightly and pieces cut too long, so no room for expansion). Mario showed up and tugged at a few pieces

This company is a sham. Have been waiting for work to be finished that should of been finished a year ago but was missed!
Contacted Mario he came over right away and said he would get it finished...this was in July...since then we have been calling over and over again can not get a hold of Mario but have reached someone answering the phones and have just gotten the run around, they say they will come and just don't show up...it is now November....we did a drive by and noticed someone pulling out of the driveway at their place of business my husband jumped out of our truck and 'was flagging him

I would not recommend this company to any one. There are numerous very similar complaints as mine listed at the Better Business Bureau and I encourage all to read these when considering this company.
Mario the owner takes a deposit and then disappears for months. Deadlines are non-existent and quality of work is sub-par. The company is very disorganized and unreliable. The owner sub contracts work to workers he barely knows and does not remain on the job site to ensure work is even being done right. Owner only came twice - to receive payment.
I had a $17,000 roof job completed by this company
