I have been with Topaz since 2013. I've never experienced any problems with them. Their staff does great work. I am disabled and at times, if I need to get in touch with them or need some extra snow removed, Melonie is always co-operative and on top of things.They do go the extra mile for me. I would highly recommend them ... very pleased.

I have been using Topaz services for leaf raking for 3 years now and I have been very impressed by not only how quick the response was but how spotless the job was and I do mean spotless. I'd like to say they left no leaf unturned but I couldn't find a leaf to check. I highly recommend these folks.

The last few winters have been difficult with the amount of snow that mother nature has piled on to us and Topaz was always faithful to show up exactly as their contract stated. I really like how they have a threshold of 5-10 cm so that it will keep my cost as low as possible. Whenever I call them regarding plow - ins they are very quick to respond so that I could get out of my driveway on time for work.

I would never use Topaz snow removal service again. Terrible experience. They always left a mess and it was a hit and miss when they would show up. The 5 to 10 cm rule is a joke. It does not apply if you get 3 cm a day that builds up. Then you have to call them and you are subject to extra charges. As a disabled person i had to do my own driveway half the time and lost my money to a contract (non refundable). I now get a 12 yr old to do my drive who does a better job and is reliable. Worst experience ever.
These guys want your money and provide poor service. Do not be fooled.
