The technicians were on time and very quick to pinpoint the problem with my furnace. They fixed the issue and did not try to upsell me. I appreciated that they didn't push me to replace parts unnecessarily but instead they walked me through what could go wrong in the future and what to look for. I would definitely have Best Way back to my home for future services.

Tried Best Way Heating after a less than satisfactory service call last year from a different company on my gas fireplace. Ended up booking 2 gas fireplaces to be serviced, and Mohammed showed up on time, and serviced both fireplaces in the most thorough way. Took them apart, removed the logs, cleaned the glass, pilot light, brushed the dust off the entire inside while vacuuming, adjusted pilot and flames, tested for gas leaks, and put them back together. No company has come close to the amount of time and work that Best Way put in, and the bill was very reasonable. Mohammed was a very nice man

I have used Best Way Heating a number of times over the last few years for furnace maintenance and repair, Fireplace maintenance and repair and hot water tank replacement. They always respond promptly, set a time and meet their arrival commitment and do an excellent job of diagnosing and repairing issues that are found. We had a new furnace and AC installed this month with Best Way Heating. They are very knowledgeable and were reliable during the entire process. The contractors were polite and easy to talk to and were respectful of my home. While we haven't had a need to use the AC unit yet, the new furnace heats our home much more efficiently than our previous model. We would definitely recommend Best Way Heating.

Jafar did a great job with the furnace and a/c inspection and maintenance today. He was informative and suggested ways that I could better maintain my HVAC system. He was very polite to work with and prices are reasonable. Would definitely recommend Best Way Heating and will use their services again.

These guys are amazing! Helped me get my Furnace going again that they installed. Turned out nothing wrong with the furnace but was dead batteries in my Thermostat. Felt dumb on my own lol but they treated me like it was a common problem that some overlook. And did not once try to sell me an unnecessary service call. I would highly recommend this company to replace or service if necessary. 4 yrs later they stand behind their product by giving free advice. Never see that!

I highly recommend Jafar. I had problems with my boiler a few weeks ago (automatically turning off), and the boiler was due for its annual maintenance. He couldn't identify the why it was automatically turning off, but he checked a lot of things, cleaned the heat exchanger for us and it never happened again (so he fixed the problem). Communication with Jafar was good, he took the time to explain everything. We then had issues with our thermostat after, he came back and checked everything and didn't charge us for it. Jafar and team were great to deal with. I called them to fix the gas bib/outlet on my patio so I could convert my firepit to natural gas. They were responsive to my calls. communicated well and reasonably priced. Many others in town didn't even bother getting back to me. Bestway's Pricing was clear: initial half hour includes the call out fee and then hourly after that. Extremely professional and courteous.
I was also impressed by his knowledge, as i was considering doing the fix myself but damn glad I didn't. Looked easy, but ended up being a bit more challenging of a set-up.

Emergency call out at 8:30pm on a Saturday in late Dec for a non functioning gas furnace.
I knew what the problem was (cracked hot surface ignitor) but didn't have the part. Called up Jafar, he gave me a quote, and was at our home within 20 minutes. He was very professional and capable, had our furnace up and running within 10 minutes. Bill was exactly as quoted.
Wouldn't hesitate to call them again in a jam. Fast, efficient, and honest. Can't get much better than that.

I highly do not recommend this company for gas fireplace repairs. Jaffar gave us the best quote around yes but unfortunately when it came time to pay it was 300$ over what was quoted on a 500$ estimate... Not to mention the extra 150$ it costed us to hire another company to come out after him to fix a safety sensor that was left loose causing my fireplace to randomly shut down. Not impressed at all.
