Great experience every time I have used Silverline. They fit me in last minute to have my locks changed and were able to attend much sooner than my expectations which I was very happy about. I called about a door lock that I thought was broken. Alex patiently went through lock fixing options with me over the phone. They had Russel come over quickly when I was locked out of the house. He helped me realize the lock wasn’t actually broken, I just didn’t know how to use it. He was very nice and thorough with his explanations. Thank you!!!!

Just good old fashioned, trustworthy nice people who know what they're doing and do it well at a fair price. We've used them on and off for as long as I can remember. Walked in the other day to get a 65 cent key ring and they didn't even bother charging for it. It wasn't about saving money it was just about being open handed and open hearted that reminded me how much I like these folks.

Called Silverline this morning to see about getting our locks rekeyed. They set up a same day appointment, and Stu was prompt, polite, and walked me through all my options for dealing with the locks in our older home. He also made several adjustments to the doors which had been driving us nuts. Would absolutely call them again!

Silverline is where I have gone for years to rekey a lock or purchase keys and padlocks. Today I had 2 new Schlage keypad door locks installed by Stu. He arrived on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up after. He explained everything I needed to know about the new locks and made sure I was comfortable using them. I was pleasantly surprised at the total cost of all the work he did. I highly recommend them.

I engaged Silverline's services because our main entry door was not closing properly. Their technician Sterling was upfront with me, citing his observation that the cause was a misaligned door frame, which will require the services of a framer. Though he did a bit of work trying to see if there can be some improvement, in the end it was of no avail. Silverline's manager Duncan phoned me later and said that I won't be billed at all since my problem was not solved. I expressed my sincere appreciation for such unexpected gracious gesture.
This is a hallmark of business INTEGRITY

We were having trouble with our keys sticking in our front door lock. We called Silverline and instead of trying to sell us something, the person on the phone suggested we simply try spraying the keyhole with silicone spray. It worked perfectly! So, although Silverline did not get a sale, they gained loyal customers who will always recommend them first. Thank you!
