Network Telecom was established in 1979 as Smiston Communications. Since that time, we have changed our name to Network Telecom to better reflect what we do. As the business communications landscape evolves, with technology playing a more prominent role in improving productivity and efficiency, we continue to be at the forefront of our industry.

Outstanding Service! We had a full phone system installed at a brand new facility and the experience was great. From sales to service the team followed through. The support we have received so far has been excellent. During our install the Network Telecom team even stepped in to help another company who couldn't complete their portion of the install on time. They truly understand the big picture and will do what it takes to ensure the install is completed to keep your business up and running. 10/10

Our Agency recently upgraded an aging phone system, spanning two physical sites, 20+ phone lines, and replacement of 40+ desktop and teleconferencing units. Everyone at Network Telecom was terrific - they provided excellent customer service and technical support at every step along with way.

We have worked with Network Telecom for years and have always had prompt friendly service. They have installed our phone system and LAN and I have never had any issues. Our phone system is older and has followed us from our previous location but the staff are good at what they do and are still able to service it and get us parts. Great to work with you!
