It was Sunday of the Thanksgiving weekend and I noticed that our carpet was wet, upon further investigation I found that the water was coming from a pipe in the wall. I turned off the main water and called Caldwell Plumbing. The answering service said they will connect with a plumber on call. Within 20min I got a call from Kenny, the plumber, who said he will be over at a specific time. True to his word, he arrived on time and after I showed him the problem he got started to do this investigation. It was a hairline crack in a connector on a pipe behind the dry wall. Kenny quickly found the problem

I had Caldwell Plumbing replace 3 old toilets with new ones and repair a non-functional shower valve. They helped me select a good quality toilet and they also suggested that I replace the handles and shower head along with the cartridge to make everything look new. I'm very pleased with the result. The technician showed up right on time and completed the job quickly. Everything looks great and works much better than the old fixtures. It is amazing how much better the shower looks with new face plates and how much smoother everything operates. Like a brand new shower! I'll definitely use Caldwell

On the big move day and when we had a clogged sink. Yikes! Called Caldwell and they were there in an hour and problem was fixed in half an hour! The plumber was very professional and eager to ensure that our requirements were met. I'd call them in the future, for sure!

I was so impressed with Joel. He arrived right on time. My time was 11 to 2 . Joel was here
at 11. Very profession. He assessed the problem, brought in his equipment and got to work.
He gave us his findings and recommendations on how to solve the problem. I was so pleased with service we received last week. I had never used Caldwell before, my plumber of 36 years retired so I
had find a new plumber. I googled plumbers in Ajax, Pickering, and Caldwell came up so I gave
them a try. I am so glad I did. We were given the 10% discount for seniors, I didn’t even know

We moved into a new home and unfortunately found numerous minor plumbing issues, included a major clog in our kitchen sink. I called the office first thing Monday morning, and by 11 a.m., a plumber was at our door. Andrew was fantastic! Friendly and professional, he took the time to make sure that all of our issues were resolved.

After having a bad experience with the last plumbing company we used, I did my research this time and am so glad I found Caldwell Plumbing!
I called with an emergency leak and the receptionist was very kind and accommodating. Since the other technicians were already booked, the owner himself came out to assess the situation and repaired the issue onsite. He was extremely friendly, and explained everything to me in detail in a timely manner.
I will be using Caldwell Plumbing from now on.

We had an interesting evening with our shower faucet that turned into a leak in our basement after turning the water off and on again. After numerous calls, we called Caldwell. Long story short, fantastic experience. This was later into the evening. Dale was the after hours plumber and we so appreciated his time and patience with us. He fixed our leak in the basement, installed a brand new hardware and replaced the faucet in our bathtub. He was efficient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He explained all the options to me and also what he was doing and what had gone wrong and preventative measures

We had a sudden leak this morning appear in our kitchen and needed to have it looked at urgently. I was immediately impressed with Tammy who took my call, she was friendly, positive, personable, and level set with me the time frame for when the plumber would come. When Andrew arrived, he was friendly and thorough. It turned out our dishwasher was leaking. Andrew helped to ensure that the dishwasher was disconnected properly and also ensured our electrical connections were properly sealed off until we could replace the dishwasher.
