Work seems decent, however owner Frank refuses to take my phone call to discuss the project, work, expectations. Communication's very poor, they did additional work without a quote, approval and then charge for it (against UCC practices). Joan the secretary is very emotional, turns hysterical when you ask to speak to Frank. Unprofessional outfit. Would not recommend, move on to someone else, they need to change their business practices. John C
