We had a fault in our breaker box one of the breakers went off and we lost most of our outlets in half of our condo. Same day I emailed compass electric and they walked us through what to do to make safe and the very next morning Kevin Nilsson showed up at our condo. He was very nice, well dressed and easy to speak with, he had a mask on and used Covid protocols the entire time. Kevin found the source of our short in one of the outlets pretty quick and fixed the issue and then checked the other ones as well. Being a Veteran with disabilities Kevin moved all the furniture for me to get access. He

Had a wiring problem with our sewer pump.
Compass attended to inspect. They ignored the install manual and the fact that the pump was wired with lower amperage than the manual instructed and claimed there was no problem with the wiring.
The pump caused a sewer back up in my home, an insurance claim and months of restoration work.
I would recommend Anyone Else.

My girlfriend and I had a terrible experience with this company. I would not recommend their services TO ANYONE. One of their employees, driving the company car, behaved aggressively (worst case of road rage we have ever seen), and drove recklessly, putting everyone on the road in danger. We emailed the company to express our worry about having drivers like him on the road, but we received no reply. Upon speaking to one of our friends it turns out another driver from this same company hit her car and drove off a few years back. Employees at Compass Electric are rude, irresponsible, and overall
