I am very picky.
The sales process was no pressure and very patient and nformative.
The install went very smooth. Showed up on time and completed on schedule
When I noticed a tiny little detail I didn’t like he came back immediately and fixed it. You could never tell what is was when they were done.
Ended up hiring them to do the glass panel aluminum railing for my patio. Again, did an amazing job. Since I’m incredibly picky I had him come back and fix one thing on the railing. Was there immediately and took care of everything without hesitation

I run a children camp in the Shuswap and we redid a deck on the Director house two years ago. We decided to contact Eternal Vinyl because we heard they did great work. Not only did they do a great job but they were great to work with including the quoting. They then backed up that quote with a great installation. No hidden costs or picky adjustments. We were very happy. They even took care of the new glass panels, railings and even found a stair railing to match it all perfectly. Well done.

Would never recommend this company. They do not bring to owners attention areas that will not be sealed. He will however, take your money and leave. I found the area by accident and contacted the company. Nothing. Additionally, he left approximately 4 hours of clean up for me. Further, the caulking around the stairs is disgusting. Since, I have hired a contractor who came sealed the area of concern. I will still have to have the sloppy caulking mess corrected. I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau.

This company was very efficient and completed the deck in a prompt manner. They removed and took away all the old vinyl decking. Their work was tidy and the cleanup was above my expectations. I would highly recommend this company.
