Absolutely amazing service from Peter and the gentleman assisting him today. Repaired the leak we had - found the source, repaired that too and also gave us a course of action for the future work we will be requiring. They were on time, professional, kind and the cost was excellent. Once they were finished, they cleaned up everything and you wouldn't even know they were there. Would definitely recommend Jake Klassen plumbing!

Compared to most plumbing companies the service call rate was extremely reasonable as well as the cost for the work done and parts. The work seems top notch and Dan was very professional and great with the pets as well. Definitely will use them again.

I always use them, for multiple rentals and personal property. love their service, always available for emergencies even on week ends or after hours in evenings. They always explain what the issue is, before they fix it so that i can decide to go ahead with service or find an alternate solution.

This was a really impressively smooth operation. It took 3 hours from the time Peter was enroute to the completion of the job. It was a replacement of a water heater--not just a simple in an out. This had a heat taped water inlet and a water meter, as well as a very tight space. Peter and his helper were absolutely superb in getting the old one drained, disconnected and out. Getting the new one in place required some gymnastics on the part of the helper, but it is in and the connections are safer than the way they were done on the old tank. I was very happy with the quick response to my call. Daniel did an excellent job repairing my turn off valve for my water out front. He also checked all the other concerns I had in my house even things that were not plumbing related. For this widow it means alot when someone goes the extra mile. He also replaced my kitchen faucet I wanted a newer fancy one. Daniel was very polite and wore a mask the whole time he was here. I would definitely recommend them for sure! Thanks Daniel!

We've used Jake Klassen Plumbing a few times for our commercial needs, so we already have a good history with them! However, when we opened, we had a lot of equipment installed that we were never really told about in regard to maintenance and upkeep.
