Everyone at furnace family was extremely helpful and professional. It was a very smooth process to have someone come to give me a quote to getting everything installed. Amazing work ethic of the guys who come to the house. Never felt pressured and the first option was not to buy a new furnace. I originally had a company I thought was reliable, but left the interaction feeling pressured to replace my 11 year old furnace. I called furnace family for a second opinion. Jeff visited our home today to check our furnace that was not working properly for a few days in the recent cold weather. Called prior to arrival. Arrived at discussed time and checked our furnace system out and adjusted a few things to ensure it's working properly. I recently got a new hot water tank, furnace and ducting installed by the Furnace Family. The furnace failed inspection over 2 weeks ago. I have not heard anything from the company as to when the issues would be resolved. I have attempted to contact them myself and not had my calls returned.
Prior to the failed inspection, the installers also left two 3" trial and error holes on the side of my house that I was left to find after they had left. Our furnace needed to be replaced last week and the staff were amazing. From the first phone call they were super helpful. We were offered heaters if we needed right away. The installation went great, they explained everything. I am definitely recommending the company.

We had both ac and a heater installed last year. Really impressed with the professionalism of the staff we have come into contact with. I felt like the price was reasonable and at the time there was a costco promotion which did not hurt.
Since then we have contacted the company once, which happened to be during the worst heat wave in Canada's history and again we were met with great staff, from calling to book a warranty check the staff was really friendly and booked us in a timely manner even though we were not in dire straights, to the person who came to the house.

I'm the first to admit I hate having to call a professional for anything, as I always feel like I'm either going to have work that's not required done, upsold or just ripped off in general. Last fall my hot water heater sprung a leak and I was scrambling around to find a company to fix it quickly. After reaching the voice mail at several companies I was finally able to talk to a human being when I contacted the Furnace Family and spoke to Jeff.
Even though it was an early morning after hours call, Jeff agreed to come out and was at my place within the hour. He was friendly, personable, fixed the problem and took the time to show how it occurred.
My hot water heater was on it's last legs and Jeff recommended that in about six months I replace it with a new model.
