I do NOT recommend this store. Customer service is horrible. I was promised that this rug could be seamed together perfectly, "they are the best at what they do!" and look at my rug! (in the photo) It's buckling in a few spots. When I sent them the photo, they DID NOT EVEN OFFER TO FIX IT. They don't care! Unbelievable! The guys that came to install stair carpeting were just plain inexperienced and gave wrong information about rug pads. After they installed it, I emailed Kamy to ask why there was no padding and he DID NOT REPLY. He does not care. He got his money. This is the absolute worst customer

If you are planning on installing new flooring, don't look any further. WestFloors is an amazing place for flooring projects. The staff are very knowledgable, friendly and professional. They explained everything very well and made the selection process very easy. I would like to thank Kamy and Amir for their fantastic services and for making our flooring project smooth and easy for us.
