They installed our new A/C about 2 years ago which we have been very happy with. This was our first scheduled maintenance. They were on time and still called ahead to let us know they would be arriving. I was most impressed with how much effort and time was spent on just cleaning everything. They went far beyond what I am used to. They spent a full 2 hours for the initial quoted price. Most maintenance in the past has barely hit the 1 hour mark. I called this company because they applied an inspection last year. The AC unit was turned on once finally this year because of the weather started to get hot in my area. I quickly realised that the heat would not cool down much in the house and the system seemed inefficient, although the condensing unit seemed to operate normally. Went out to check the unit carefully and noticed that the connections to the condensing unit were wet and oily including the valves, the floor, the tube and the insulation. I called this company to ask about humidifiers and I got all the information I needed. I was going to have mine installed by them but it turns out my step dad's family is in the business of humidifiers. They gave nothing but great customer service, I'm definitely going with them if my furnace or AC isn't working. Missing one star because I haven't technically hired them yet.

Controlled Comfort Air is a reliable company with reasonable prices.I ordered my furnace 15 years ago and 10 years later ordered a A/C unit which was relocated to the other side of my house without any glitch or surprises. Im very happy with their service & expertise.Ask for Steve to do your my furnace cleaning, he is quite helpful and never rushes the job.

They are a ripoff, and have poor customer service. When I call yesterday I was told by a rude technician that their fee is $99 to come plus $99 / hr labor plus cost off parts. When I told him that I don't understand why he has to charge the $99 call fee if I would want him to do the repairs, to which he rudely said that I should not tell him how they should run their business. so I cut the call and called a better company.for my repairs.

CCA did accomdate me to install a new AC unit promptly. But then it promptly broke the next day. Frank was great to come early the next morning to fit my schedule to determine what the problem is. It was minor problem that was fixed promptly. Not happy to have to call for service on day 1 but I was happy with the service and resolution. The problem came on day 3 when it broke again. But all is good. They have come through and will replace the unit. This is unusual but they did come through for me. Frank is very responsive and is very customer service focused. Asked them to come check out the A/C at the house we just moved into as we were curious why the house wasn't cooling down as quickly as we were used to at our old place. Steve came over, checked out the system, measured the temperature at a number of the vents in the house and tweaked a few things. He also washed out the external unit. All in all, good service.
