Nice guys, TERRIBLE communication and responsiveness. After doing some window and siding work for me in early spring that took almost a year to finally schedule (workmanship was great and installers were super guys), I've asked several times for another quote on additional siding and window work and received promises of call backs that have never materialized.

I've had to follow up 3 or 4 times since January or February to primarily get a large door fixed or replaced so that it doesn't leak in storms. By springtime, I had to get in touch again because I never received a quote and wanted the door to be fixed as soon as they were able to. By this point, I had another door for them to replace weatherstripping on and seal the window on as well. Eventually when it was convenient in their schedule they came by and replaced the weatherstripping and said they would have to come back out and give me a quote on the other jobs I needed done (window and siding)

Was looking to get doors for my house the sales man just hasn't gotten back to me two times now he said he would get back to me before the end of the day with a price for a door so a pretty simple request and it's now been two weeks since I have talked to him then a while my parents neighbour had a fire at their house I was at my parents just yesterday and was looking at the progress they had forgot to put a piece of siding on which is leaving it open for the weather to get in so being a carpenter years ago I decided to take a closer look and seems like they are trying to cut corners they left
