We needed two trees removed and decided to go wih Croft.
Because of the tree's proximity to the propery line, we were concerned about complications and potential messiness with neighbouring properties.
The crew arrived ahead of schedule and worked steadily and efficiently the whole time. They were pleasant, engaging and curteous. The four person crew worked well together and there was good team dynamic. They also did great cleaning up, on our side and the neighbours' sides. Overall, we were very happy with our choice.

A very smart and professional group of people. They took out two trees for me. These men and women knew what they were doing and very carefully cut down the trees without damaging any of the very delicate and valued plants that were near the trees. I would happily hire them again if I needed their services.

The estimate was good and fair. They scheduled a date and arrived on time. They did my neighbor's tree also. They were very quick and careful when they cut the tree. They grounded the stump down to ground level and cleaned up the mess, leaving only small wood chips which can't be picked up. They were done in about 1.5 hrs. When they left, they knocked on my door to let me know everything was done, and that they were on there way. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a tree to remove.

Excellent service from scheduling a quote to getting the work done. The office staff was very efficient, friendly and accommodating. The crew arrived on time and did a fabulous job. I cannot speak highly enough of the service that we received from Croft Tree Experts. From Kyle's congenial, informative and more than reasonable quote, to Kristy's great communication on schedules and response to our questions, to Dave's impressive supervision of his team and attention to detail, the service was excellent. Actually, every member of their team were very polite, professional and accommodating.This was a big job with the pruning of numerous large trees, the clearing of years of overgrown brush and the removal of a large Ash tree. This was my first time having work done on our trees and Croft was great!! I had reached out to another company first (Davey Tree) and the service was awful. After that headache I reach out to Croft on a whim, based on their google reviews -- and the service was excellent. Great communication from Kristy at the office. Our estimate was done by Kyle, who was really knowledgeable and nice. The day of the work the team was quick, efficient, polite and friendly. Also, the cost was much less than I expected (but then again, it was my first time so my perception of cost may have been way off!). Thanks

Got 6 quotes and these guys were in low middle. The other two quotes were a bit dodgy. I went with Croft Tree Experts based on reasonable price and referral from a neighbour.
Kyle was very pleasant to deal with. He gave a reasonable quote and even included a bit of extra work.
Description of work quality: removed 3 medium size trees and a monster maple (see below). The workers were very efficient. Came at 8 and completed by noon. Had a few issues but Kyle promptly offered a discount to remedy the problem.

The Croft Tree Experts estimator provided a thorough, timely and competitive quotation for the removal of a very old maple tree in our back garden. While preparing the bid he provided value added by suggesting trimming a tree that would be left exposed by the removal of the maple tree. Upon request Croft provided proof on insurance. The office staff were pleasant and flexible in scheduling the work. Croft seamlessly handled the tree removal permit with the municipality. The Croft office called a couple of days in advance to confirm the schedule. The Croft crew arrived on time, communicated clearly

Our neighbours used them. Unfortunately one of their employees damaged our driveway. But the owners were quick to take responsibility and compensated us for the damage.
