Century Plumbing did a great job on a faucet replacement for a kitchen sink. I know that it was a tricky install because of the deteriorated countertop but they did an awesome job and I couldn't be happier. Everything from the initial contact with the office to the completion of the repair job went exceptionally well. Highly recommend!

Needed emergency solenoid and thermostat replacement. Julien and Devin saved my day. These friendly guys were knowledgeable, professional, quick, and just what I needed to get my life going again after a very bad solenoid leak. They replaced both the antique solenoid and thermostat that probably came with this 1970's building. Julien and Devin are a good team that worked tirelessly for a few hours and I can't express how appreciative I am at the wonderful job they did. I hope they're paid well because they freaking deserve it.

Today a young man from Century Heating , was out here in Morinville , to find out where a leak in the above condo unit was coming from . He quickly was able to locate . We had such a nice chat and was impressed with his professionalism, his friendliness and the service . He did his job efficiently and went out of his way to take a few minutes to chat with an old lady !!

I'm on a condo board and we have been using Century Plumbing and Heating for 5 years since the old boiler was replaced by them in 2016. They are a professional and ethical company that performs work in a timely manner.
In my 18 years of living in the building (11 years on the condo board), this is the first company that actually performs maintenance on the boiler and the HVAC system. The other companies in the past did not perform the maintenance but billed us like clockwork.

Absolutely terrible customer service, service in general and over charges. He was at my unit for less than 30 minutes and I am being charged for 1.5 hours of labor because of how far away he was before my place (out of my control) and the time he took to complete paperwork. I understand I am expected to pay, given that he did come by. However, I am not okay with being overcharged especially given the unprofessionalism, and the fact he did nothing to fix the heat. He called at 1:01 pm to let me know he was on his way. At 1:27 pm, he buzzed into the building. He left at 1:51 pm as per the surveilance

The work was completed satisfactorily however I found out that the plumber that this company sent out has not been vaccinated. I don't believe that they should be sending unvaccinated workers into private homes.

I’ve used Century on 3 different properties. They did an excellent job, when promised and for the price quoted. Wayne and his crew are very knowledgeable and not afraid to offer suggestions on better and cheaper methods to get the job done. Top marks.

New furnace and new hot water tank was installed . We had a very informative experience with Loris who helped us make a proper choice on the products for the size of our home.Within 3 weeks the furnace and hot water tank was installed. We had a very pleasant young man named Slater and hard working .I suggest you give them a call.

Very friendly, I messaged them on Facebook and they got back to me right away. Their weekend call centre has some issues with miscommunication though. Everything got sorted out. I did end up paying about $6000 all together including repair that wasn’t necessary and my new AC unit which I love. The tech was so nice and stayed to install and repair well into the evening. I really appreciate it so much. Especially when it’s 30C out. I have epilepsy and my dog is 140 pounds of fluffy beast. Im so grateful for my new AC unit.

Sam initially came to do a simple snake in our pipes and ended up coming back 3 days after that to drill, replace, and clean out my pipes. He was super respectful, kept me in the loop the entire time, helpful and very very friendly to deal with. 10/10 recommend!!!!

Century Plumbing and Heating was a SMART CHOICE!
I needed to have a gas line run to the oven as well as the back deck (BBQ).
These guys were professional and courteous the whole way: I called and scheduled the quote with Lauris who was terrific. The serviceman Jamie came by as scheduled and did an amazing job. He even helped me set up the BBQ after the installation was complete. A true gentleman!
Before calling Century I called a few other places in Sherwood Park. One didn't return my call (and never has), and the other indicated that they charged for quoting the job. I'm so pleased I went with

Century Plumbing and Heating is awesome! We had a burst pipe in the basement and they showed up literally minutes after I called them. Doug the plumber diagnosed and fixed the problem in no time and the bill was VERY reasonable! Thanks guys 😎👍🏻
