We thought we were making a smart choice going through a business that has been around for a while.We should did more in depth research and should have listened to everyone telling us not to use them, but gave the benefit of the doubt and came in optimistic and open minded. I now know never to use this business and will never let anyone I know use them. I learnt the hard way. Update 2021 I have frozen doors, I have frozen windows. Had All Weathers come since day 1 to fix and half fast fix my doors to change the weather stripping and tell me my windows and doors are supposed to freeze shut....because

Fast, friendly, knowledgeable help n service. When I need home parts they are my preference.

I wish I could pick all the reasons why I dont like this business. Not on time, not professional, not responsive and when then did finally show up the work was just so so, probably could have done a better job if I did it myself. Tried giving them a second chance on a different job. Took me 5 calls and an email just to get a response. Finally got the to come out and take a look at job. The guy was nice enough but never followed up, so more calls to the office, seems the first guy lost the job details. NOT GOOD, Set up an appt-No show no call, I called again 2 weeks later to try again, no show again. I'm sure it's the fact we had work done before and was not what we wanted or paid for, thought I would give them a chance to make it right but guess they couldn't be bothered. Would not recommend.....

Critical: Punctuality, Responsiveness
They don't show up or call you back when they said they will. Every time you give them a call its like you've never talked to them before. Would stay away from this contractor.

The All Weather Window Doors we have are beautiful, BUT only when they are installed properly. Our experience with Trend Home Improvements was horrible. I have been told the people we dealt with are no longer employed there, but that doesn't change how we were treated, the quality of the installation or the troubles we still continue to have 2 years later. All Weather has had to replace one of the doors twice now due to the bad installation, and I had to contact then once again today to ask for help. I asked for the owner to contact me back when we were dealing with the "sales guys" 2 years ago

I. Love. These. Guys! Nothing better then having people knowing their product and understanding their trade. Service from front end to the gate leaving is always amazing! Poor customer service. No follow up.
Had them come out and repair some flashing. They had me pay up front and then it turned into chasing them for months to come out and actually repair. Should have learnt my lesson but tried to use them again for a window repair. Salesman came out and let me know that they would have to put a quote together. 1.5 months later...still waiting.

Garbage....
as soon as they have your money, customer service doesnt exist. Our siding installer messed up in several places, trying to get them fixed we had to call and call and call. Then management had to come out and see the hole in the siding next to the window, so they finally fixed that, but nothing else. Our eventroughs constanly leak snd drip from the underside.
Will NEVER consider them again. Buyer Beware

Trend was hired by our contractor to put metal siding on our shop, inside, outside, and roof. They started August 22, 2017. The job was so bad they had to take siding off and replace it 6 times. It was never done completely right. They fixed a lot of it continually until dec 20, 2017 and said they would come back after Christmas. They never did, trim is still un even, electrical outlets still covered, pieces cut wrong size, screws still missing on roof and damaged metal still up. Feb 2 they put a lean on our place, even though they never told us the job was complete. The lean says they finished
