This place is amazing, they go out and beyond to help you get what you need. The best thing about this place is that you can take the carpets at home to try them, for a week. How cool is that? We love our carpets from them, we bought a couple two years ago and they look like new. Yesterday we bought two more at a very good price. Strongly recommend it!

We dealt with Terry’s Rugs when we lived in Ottawa and we were very pleased with the quality, cost and service received from Terry himself. We have relocated to Nova Scotia and recently visited friends in Ottawa and decided to stop into Terry’s . We ended up buying two more rugs and under-pad and received the same 5 star service as on our previous purchases. Terry did a carpet install for us himself and he did some top quality work. I think is increasingly rare these days when you look at the work contracted through big box stores like Home Depot and Lowes.
If you can, I'd recommend visiting his store and the products there to see for yourself. We will be going to Terry's rugs for every job first from here on out. He is a true professional, and we are sure that any work done for us by his or his company would meet his very high standards.

We have just bought our second rug from Terry’s. We are so happy with their service. They have a large variety of rugs in their showroom and there were plenty of people to help with our selection. What we like most is that they encourage us to take a rug home to make sure that the colours match our decor and lighting, etc. I would highly recommend this store.

Awesome little warehouse with a beautiful selection of rugs. They insist you take home the rugs that you’re interested in to try out totally free of charge. Policies like this show that they really care about their customers. Their staff is also really helpful — Terry and Jason in particular were really knowledgeable and sweet. They looked at photos of our apartment to help us make the right choices, loaded them in our car for us and we couldn’t be happier with the ones we bought. A true gem in Ottawa — we will definitely be back.

Really nice owner. He is very passionate about his work and wants his buyers to be happy with their purchase. He will send you home with a rug to try it out first before any money changes hands. The rugs are also very reasonably priced for the quality. You can get a deal on almost everything in the store and they offer even further discounts if you ask.
