I have been extremely happy with my Beachcomber Hot Tub, and mainly because of the support I have always received from Brad and Kathy. They are always eager to listen and provide a solution to my issues whenever I call/visit the store. They are a pleasure to deal with, extremely knowledgeable, and quick to respond. If you are considering a new hot tub, don't look any further than Beachcomber if you are in the Kingston area.

Brad and Cathy have been phenomenal from the first day we contacted them to buy a tub 10yrs ago
We are the lucky people that if the tub is going to have a malfunction it will happen in the middle of a snow storm or the lowest temp day of the year, so never an emergency to get it fixed asap. Brad has always came through for us, getting parts last minute or talking us through how to fix it.
They are always helpful with supplies and cleaning products.
The quality of the Canadian product and service from the Local store we are Beachcomber's for life.

We purchased our tub from Beachcomber Kingston, expecting that the quality and service would be better than buying elsewhere. This has not been the case! We cannot get the tub serviced and we have been on the phone with the owner Brad numerous times since spring. The issue has not been resolved. I would recommend buying from any other hot tub dealer, but NOT Beachcomber!

Wow! Amazing! If you need service these are the folks to go too!. Purchased a used hot tub (it is a beachcomber). Hot tub is perfect but we moved it and had an issue. These guys were here in within 48hrs no muss, no fuss! Service is amazing! Friendly, reliable and no screwing around! 100 percent will call them again without hesitation! Thank you!!!

My wife and I purchased our tub over 2 years ago and from the minute we stepped into the shop to the minute we stepped into our hot tub the installation/transition was flawless.
