We had a horrible experience - never again - we did a major renovation - there were massive delays - we were billed for fixtures we bought ourselves and questionable extras that we disputed. Part of the reno, we extended the garage and ended up with a roof leak - they claimed to have fixed it. We had a wet floor in the master bedroom - they claimed they hit a pipe in the wall with a screw but advised they fixed it. Then about a year later our kitchen ceiling split along one of the taped joints - they came back and looked at it but never repaired it. This was an expensive repair as the ceiling was

MD Construction finished our basement and did an excellent job. We recently had our basement re-done by another contractor who messed up electrical, plumbing, and a beam to replace a load bearing wall. Owner Mark Deleemans was great to deal with and very thorough. Jeff Gillies took the lead on the project and made a lot happen with some unforeseen issues.
The process was as un-stressful as it could have possibly been. Everyone who worked on our basement did a great job including Rick, Dave, Steve, Fabian, and Corey. Dave from DCM Plumbing also was great. He even made a mistake while installing
