Driven by her passion for design and years of hands-on industry experience, Jolanta established RDI in 2002.
As the heart and soul of the firm, Jolanta, along with her talented team, are responsible for overseeing the entire design process: from the initial start-up and concept building to the project administration and execution to ensure we provide the finest solutions to improve the aesthetic and quality of a space.

When I founded Royal Design Inc. in 2002 my vision was to build an interior design firm that cut through the clutter with break-through ideas and elegant, lasting design. Looking back over the years I am proud that we've used every challenge as an opportunity to innovate through each project. Our greatest achievement has always been the relationships that we have build over the years - with clients, consultants & sources alike.
OVERVIEW OF RDI PROCESS The design process listed below is organized in such a way that encompasses the majority of projects we work on. That being said, there is always room for customization / unique circumstances in which properties we are working on do not fit the standart process. Below is an overall look of our process in chronological order.
At RDI - We provide a full range of procurement services for the hospitality industry, from budget development, to design review, to purchasing, to installation. We specialize in procurement of furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) as well as operating supplies and equipment (OS&E) and have experience supporting all service levels, from limited service to luxury.
